To make the communication between doctors and the administrator easier, and record crucial information on the future visit (for instance, the executing specialist or the duration of the visit, etc.), the option to write notes has been added.
First, the owner of the clinic has to turn on the green slider Use Doctor`s notes in Settings - Other - Clinic settings.
Then, in each patient, the Visits tab, a green Add note button will appear and the visits page will be divided into two columns:
To make it even more convenient, all appointments are grouped by month and separated by the name of the month and year. This makes it easier to look around a great number of visit records.
